Before You Contact Support

Confirm that Steer for Mac is running and signed in if iPhone reply delivery is stuck.
Confirm that your iPhone and Mac are using the same Apple account for Sign in with Apple.
Do not send API keys, full transcripts, private code, or customer data in support messages.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Steer relay account from the app settings. Account deletion removes relay account data and synced relay records. It does not remove local files, local logs, or local databases from your Mac.
